Canada<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #881100;\"><b>What Documents must be submitted to travel to Canada with a minor Child and without a Spouse?<\/b><\/span><\/h5>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">You must provide the following documents:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li aria-level=\"1\">A Copy of the Child&#8217;s Birth Certificate;<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">The Permission Letter, and if possible, the Address and Phone Number of that Parent, in English or French, should be included in the Permission Letter;<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">A Photocopy of the Passport or National ID Card signed by the non-accompanying parent<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">If the parents are separated or divorced and have shared custody of the child, the parent traveling with the child must bring copies of the legal custody documents.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">If one of the
